All products we send are accompanied by an authenticity card and a seal certifying and ensuring the quality and authenticity of the product. Before arriving in your hands, they are checked by our experts who ensure their authenticity.


All products come directly from our network of private and professional dealer partners in Europe. They have no defects and are delivered to you in their original box with all accessories.

We explain everything: these products come out in limited quantities and are out of stock in shops and on traditional websites in a very short time.


Our mission: to give you access to these products, perfectly authentic, safely. For this, we work in partnership with a network of resellers partners, individuals and professionals in Europe to get you these products, even after their release.

When the products arrive at our premises, they pass into the hands of our experts who ensure their authenticity. Thus, each product is thoroughly examined: labels, seams, accessories, packaging, smell. Each item is screened to ensure the authenticity of the product you receive.

Once received at our premises, the products sent by our partner resellers are checked by our team before being shipped to you. If the product meets our requirements perfectly, we add a Wethenew seal.

In the case of a product return, it also helps us to ensure that the product is the one we sent you.

How can I be sure that my product is genuine ?

2. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver our products at home via DHL. Our order processing times are 5 to 10 working days on average (excluding weekends and holidays) for WorldWide and 5 to 7 working days on average for orders outside of Europe.


Our products with the mention “EXPRESS 48H” are delivered to you within a maximum of two working days. This means that they are already on our premises and have already been checked and authenticated by our experts. If you order one of these products, the package arrives at your home in two working days. If the order is placed after 5pm, the product will be shipped the next day.
 

Each product ordered on Hypesnk is sourced individually from our network of partner resellers based on orders placed.
 

Your order contains several products, so your products will be shipped individually according to their date of receipt in our premises to allow you to receive them as quickly as possible.
 

After ordering on our site, an e-mail containing your order number is sent to you. If the product you ordered is not in stock in Paris, we will search for it among our network of European resellers. Once the product is found, it is sent to our premises, received, then authenticated and checked by our team. After passing our authentication process successfully, it is returned in its original packaging, packaged in our packaging and then shipped. 

You will then receive an e-mail with a tracking number (tracking) that will allow you to track its delivery.
 

After receipt of this e-mail, delivery will be made within 2 working days. If you are not at your home on the day, DHL will offer to reschedule a delivery on the next working day.

Product availability is indicated on the product page. If a product is in stock, you will see a “Add to Cart” button. If it’s out of stock, you may see a notification or the option to be notified when it’s back in stock.

Yes, you can make purchases as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to save your shipping information, track your orders, and access exclusive offers.

From your space “My account”, the status of your order remains as “in process” until its delivery. Once your product has passed our inspection process successfully, it is returned in its original packaging, packaged in our packaging and then shipped by DHL. You then receive an e-mail with a link to a tracking number (tracking) that allows you to track its delivery. After receipt of this e-mail, delivery is made within 2 working days. For home delivery, if you are not at home on D-Day, DHL may offer to reschedule a delivery on the next working day.

If you have not yet received your tracking number (tracking) from our DHL carrier, this means that your order has not yet been shipped and is in the process of being sent to our premises or being authenticated. As soon as it is handed over to our carrier DHL, you will automatically receive an e-mail containing the tracking number (tracking) and a link to track its shipment.
 

Our order processing times are 5 to 10 working days (in metropolitan France, excluding weekends and holidays). They may be exceeded depending on the market situation, product availability or carrier.

The products we offer come out in more or less limited quantities. They are therefore out of stock in shops and on traditional websites in a short time.


Our mission is to give you access to these authentic products safely. We work in partnership with a network of resellers partners in Europe to obtain and offer you the majority of limited products, even the most recent.
 

The price of a product depends on its model, size and current market value. The market value of a product depends on the quantity produced and demand. For each model and size, we receive sales proposals from our network of resellers that allow us to set the price of a product. 

Our mission is to put these resellers in competition to offer the most fair prices possible. The prices charged by our resellers may fluctuate according to the supply and demand of a product, our prices can also vary in one direction or the other.
 

The price indicated on the product page of the site is its final price. There are no additional fees to add at the time of payment: from authentication to delivery in metropolitan France, there is no hidden fee.

If a product is displayed as “Currently unavailable” it is now very difficult to find among our network of private and professional resellers. Thus, it is not possible to determine the price or a precise return date.

6. Size Guide

Products sold on Hypesnk are mostly unisex.
 

In general, we invite you to always refer to your European size that does not change from one model to another. You have at your disposal a size guide on all our products that allows you to avoid any confusion.
 

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact our team on the chat by clicking at the bottom right of each page.

The sizes available on our site depend on the models. Some sizes may not appear in the drop-down menu, this means that we are unable to obtain this size for this model because it does not exist or because it has become unfindable due to its rarity.


If the size is indicated as ” currently unavailable “, this means that we are temporarily unable to purchase this size for this model. You can register via the “Receive a notification” button on the product page to be informed by e-mail as soon as it is available again on the site.

To know your usual size, refer to your Nike size. Be aware that luxury brand shoes are generally cut large.

The Air Jordan fits normally. We recommend you take your usual size.

Generally speaking, the Nike Air Force 1 fits large. We advise you to take half a size below your usual size.

Example: for an Air Force 1, take 42.5 if you make 43.

Dunks fit normally. We recommend you take your usual size.

7. Order Returns

We offer a 30 day return policy. You can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

o return an item, please follow the instructions provided in your order confirmation email. You will need to include a copy of the order invoice and the item in its original condition.

As part of our commitment to providing a seamless shopping experience, we have taken care of the return shipping fees for your order. You are not required to cover any additional costs for the return, and we appreciate your understanding throughout the process.
